Herro!

Sorry for being a lil M.I.A, but I've had a serious case of "shiney syndrome" and my attention has been else where. My apologies!

Elliptical -1.25 miles in 16:29 minutes, burned 184 calories on setting #2

Last night:
Treadmill -1 mile in 20 minutes, burned 163 calories
