Week 16

I didn't lose anything this week. No point in posting a picture since I stayed the same, despite changing up my workout routine, tracked my calories and stuck with my eating plan. Thanks, Plateau.


I'm extremely frustrated right now. Yes, I feel better since I've lost weight in general..but..to feel like my effort, especially after three months of watching everything I eat & working out ...it's a constant uphill battle in molasses. I know, it takes time. I know I know I know...
