Nom Nom Nom

Want a total fatty sandwich?

Ingredients:

Ciabatta Bread
Chicken Breast
Pesto (Bertolli sells it)
Mozzarella (Shredded)
Olive Oil
Pampered Chef's Parmesan Garlic Oil Dipping Seasoning

Directions: (By the way, add however much seasoning YOU would like. I kinda go on a whime when it comes to how I cook stuff for flavor)

1. Put a enough olive oil in a skillet so it'd be able to cover the surface, toss in the chicken breast. While the chicken breast is cooking, sprinkle the Parmesan Garlic Oil Dipping Seasoning on the chicken (however much you want. Once the chicken is done, take it out of the skillet and let it cool.

2. Cut the ciabatta bun (how you would for a sandwich). Place it (cut side down) on the skillet. By doing this, it'll soak up the remainder of the olive oil / garlic seasoning & it'll make your sandwich crispy. Once it's crispy, remove the two pieces. Once you do that, you're done with the skillet.

3. On the inside of the top bun (where it should be crispy from the skillet), spread the pesto. On the bottum bun, arrainge the chicken (weither you sliced it up or kept it whole).

4. Sprinkle the mozzarella ontop of the chicken. If you want it more melted, pop it in the mircowave for 30 seconds and you're all set!
